Where I can get my order?

You will be able to receive your JULIETA order at the delivery address that you provide us (home, work, etc.) in Spain or within the EU.

To make the delivery of your order easier for you, we ask that you provide us with a telephone number with which we can put you in contact with the courier service in the event that you are absent at the time of delivery or if any other event happens to you.

Shipping costs

Minimum order for free shipping: €150. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is €5 for orders delivered in Spain, and €14.60 for orders in the rest of the EU. In the case of the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and the rest of the countries, consult shipping conditions directly with the brand, through hola@julietabrand.com .

In how much time will my request be delivered?

At JULIETA BRAND some of our models will be made daily once the order is placed. Therefore, shipments will arrive in a minimum of 2 business days and a maximum of 7 days, depending on stock and order volume.

If you require your order with utmost urgency, please contact us directly through hola@julietabrand.com, so that we can expedite delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. are considered as if they had been placed the next day.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no departure or delivery of orders. Julieta Brand is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

What period of time do I have to return my order?

If once you receive your order, it is not to your liking, you can return or exchange it without problems. You have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product.

How can I return my order?

All changes and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

They will be requested through hola@julietabrand.com indicating
in the subject: “Return or exchange of product” followed by the corresponding order number. In this way, we can be aware of the process at all times.

Remember that, to return or exchange your order, the garment/s must present the security label intact so that the full return can be made.

Julieta Brand reserves the right not to make an exchange or return in the event that the garment does not present said distinctive.

When will I receive the amount of my order?

Once confirmed that the dress is
is in the specified conditions, the return will be made.
You will obtain the full amount of the pledge within a maximum period of 15 business days,
receiving said amount by the same means that the purchase was made.
